anybody can make the burner buy, from any wallet: the wallet pays the gas, and the burner pays it a small bounty. it buys a little at a time, and sends what it bought to the burn address in the same call: of the osbook each buy takes from the pool, 99% reaches the burn address and 1% is osbook's own fee on a buy, the one every buyer of osbook pays.
